Pre-laminated wood particle boards are engineered wood products that consist of wood particles or chips bonded together with a resin adhesive under high pressure and temperature. The wood particles used in the production of pre-laminated particle boards can be sourced from various wood species, including hardwoods and softwoods. The particles are typically mixed with a resin binder and pressed together to form a solid and dense panel.

These boards are unique in that they come with a decorative laminate already applied to the surface. The pre-laminated surface is created by adhering a decorative laminate sheet to the board’s surface during the manufacturing process. This laminate can mimic the appearance of wood grain, stone, patterns, or other finishes. It provides an attractive and finished look to the particle board, eliminating the need for additional finishing or painting.
